Charme Lilly of Class 6 State Girls Basketball champion Cosby is named the Virginia High School League's State Player of The Year on Friday, while her head coach, Rachel Mead, earns another State Coach of The Year accolade as the VHSL announces their All-State boys and girls teams for Class 6 and boys team for Class 4.
