Four-time defending state champion Highland Springs takes all first place votes to sit atop the first NBC12/RVA Sports Network Big 12 High School Football Poll of 2019. The poll was released Monday evening exclusively on NBC12 Sports with Marc Davis.

The Springers are followed by Thomas Dale and defending Class 6 state champion Manchester, now playing in Region 5B.
