New NBC12/RVA Sports Network Big 12 High School Football Poll

Three different number one teams in the past three polls as the Manchester Lancers make the leap from #6 to the top spot after their convincing win at former #1 L.C. Bird on Friday night.

The newest poll is below with last week's ranking and Friday destination in parentheses.....


1) Manchester (3-0, was #6, vs. James River, 7:30pm)
2) Dinwiddie (3-0, was #2, at #11 Hopewell, 7:30pm)
3) Hermitage (2-1, was #3, vs. J.R. Tucker, 7pm)
4) L.C. Bird (3-1, was #1, at Clover Hill, 7:30pm)
5) Highland Springs (2-1, was #4, vs. Armstrong, 7pm)
