Bird by knocking off Henrico Friday, who dropped from #5 to #7....a 38-point win over Kecoughtan helps fuel John Marshall's early season rise in the polls, cracking the Top 5 for the first time.

We'll see if it helps the Chiefs climb higher than #10 in the latest USA Today Super 25 national poll....the Skyhawks return to the Top 10 with three straight wins after an opening loss to #5 St. Catherine's, while James River debuts after a hot 6-0 start by the Rapids.
